Refund Policy

At Super Little Legends, your satisfaction is our priority. 

If you have a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately at contact@superlittlelegends.com.

Although we do not accept returns, we are willing to issue refunds or place new orders at our expense if warranted. Please note that any product sent to our correspondence address will be destroyed.

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days after receiving your package. If you encounter a problem during this time, you can request a refund or remanufacturing. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since we received your package, we cannot offer you a refund or remanufacturing.

Please note that in accordance with French law n°2014-344 of March 17, 2014 relating to consumption, items designed to order and/or personalized are not eligible for a right of withdrawal or a refund.

As a Super Little Legends customer, you acknowledge that our products are personalized and manufactured specifically for each order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

It is important to note that printed products may differ from user content as displayed on screen, particularly due to the way computers display colors. If you notice any defects, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products or a lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by a lack of quality of the user content, you must provide us with proof photographic or otherwise of the existence of a defective product. If we have not received a written complaint from you within 30 days of receipt, we will not be liable for any defect.

If we agree, or you can prove, that there is a defect and it is not due to the carrier, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control, we will provide you, at our option, a reprint of the order to the extent necessary to remedy the defect or we will refund you for the defective products.

Please note that the remedies provided above are your sole remedies for any defective product and exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any other remedies available to you under law.
